Hi, I’m Cassidy!
I've loved cooking for as long as I can remember, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I realized I wanted to turn that passion into a career.
I knew if I was going to ask people to trust me in their homes and at their most important celebrations, I needed to become the best chef I could be. That led me to the Institute of Culinary Education, where I built a strong foundation in technique, organization, and professional cooking.
While I was in culinary school, I intentionally sought out experience in a high-volume professional kitchen — not because working in restaurants was my end goal, but because I wanted to learn. There, I helped prepare weekly meal prep, catered events ranging from corporate lunches to professional sports teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and collegiate athletics, and gained extensive experience cooking in a completely gluten-free, dairy-free, and seed oil-free kitchen. Those experiences taught me how to work efficiently, stay organized, adapt under pressure, and consistently produce high-quality food.
But through it all, I kept coming back to the same realization: my favorite part of cooking was never the restaurant, it was the people.
I love getting to know my clients, creating menus around what they actually enjoy eating, and taking something off their plate. Whether it's stocking a family's fridge for the week or helping someone host a celebration, I love knowing that I can give people more time to spend with the ones they care about instead of worrying about grocery shopping, cooking, or entertaining.
That's why I created Cook with Cass!
Today, I offer personalized in-home personal chef services, boutique catering, and private dining experiences designed around each client's unique needs. My goal isn't just to make great food, it's to create an experience that feels thoughtful, welcoming, and completely tailored to you.
